Leah Pinsent (born September 20, 1968) is a Canadian television and
film actress.Pinsent was born in Toronto, Ontario, the daughter of
Canadian actors Gordon Pinsent and Charmion King.[1]Her first film
role, The Bay Boy,[2] garnered her a Genie nomination for Best
Supporting Actress.[3] Some of her other film credits include April
Fool's Day,[4] Wet Bum[5] and Big News from Grand Rock.[6] She is best
known for her television roles as production accountant Veronica
Miller in the comedy-drama series Made in Canada,[7] and news anchor
Diane Gordon in More Tears and Escape from the Newsroom.[8]
