Tatsuya Ishihara (Japanese: 石原 立也, Hepburn: Ishihara Tatsuya,
born July 31, 1966) is a Japanese television and film director from
Maizuru, Kyoto working for the Japanese animation studio Kyoto
Animation.Ishihara graduated from Osaka Designer College [ja].His
career in animation began as an in-betweener for the animated series
Mister Ajikko (1987â€"1989).His first credit as an episode director
was for the 1992 episode of Doraemon titled "Useful Things Vending
Machine".
