Manuel Meli (born 25 March 1995, in Rome) is an Italian voice actor.
Meli contributes to voicing characters in cartoons, anime, movies, and
sitcoms.He is well known for providing the voice of Phineas Flynn in
the Italian-language version of the Disney Channel original animated
series Phineas and Ferb. He is also well known for voicing Cody Martin
in the Italian-language versions of The Suite Life of Zack & Cody and
