Justin Eugene Evans (born March 1, 1973) is an American film director,
cinematographer, screenwriter, producer, visual effects supervisor,
inventor, Autism advocate and college instructor. His feature film, A
Lonely Place for Dying, was accepted into 43 film festivals, nominated
for 56 awards and won 29 including 18 as Best Picture. He is the
founder and president of BryteWerks, a consumer electronics company.
He is also a college instructor at The Art Institutes of Wisconsin.His
Volga German family immigrated to the United States from the Russian
Soviet Federative Socialist Republic in 1918 during the Bolshevik
Revolution. His family's farm had been seized by the Bolsheviks and
his great-great-grandparents had been murdered in the struggle. His
great-grandfather, Aleksander Pfeiffer, came to America as an

and San Ramon, California. He attended Southern Oregon University
before transferring to New York University's Tisch School of Arts.
