for her role as Bianca Montgomery in ABC's soap opera All My Children.
She has an identical twin sister named Heather Lind who is also an
actress.Christina Bennett Lind was born in Upland, Pennsylvania. Lind
attended Fordham University. She also attended New York State Summer
School for the Arts both as a visual artist as well as a performing
artist. She states that this was "a big part of my decision to follow
