Cesar Amado Moreno Sanchez (commonly known as Cesar A. Moreno) is an
American songwriter, music producer, actor, filmmaker, photographer
and entrepreneur (Not to be confused with Latin singer Cesar Moreno).
He is best known for his co-production on the hit single “Chucha Su
Madre†performed by DJ Black which reached #1 in Panama and charted
throughout Latin America in 2008. The single was released on his
record label Moreno Music Group in the United States in 2010.Cesar was
born and raised in Newark, New Jersey and is of Puerto Rican,
Panamanian and African American descent. His father was in prison for
the majority of Cesar's life and his mother gave him up as a child so
he was raised by his Godparents. His Godmother that raised him is the
cousin of actress Stacey Dash, former Roc-A-Fella Records CEO Damon
Dash and former Patti LaBelle & the Bluebelles singer Sarah Dash. From
his biological father's side he is cousin of former Denver Nuggets
forward Ricky Sanchez.Cesar currently resides in Harlem, New York
where he attended Full Sail University and received a bachelor's
degree in Business. He was also Valedictorian of his graduating
class.Cesar began producing music in High School and his first
production credits were for Beico Black of the G-Ratz who appeared on
the Sprung Movie Soundtrack which featured Jay-Z, Aaliyah and
Ginuwine. He also did work for legendary Multi-Platinum and Grammy
winning Hip Hop group Naughty By Nature on their "Garden State Greats
Mixtape†series. His production credits also include work with
Panamanian Latin Grammy/Billboard winner Flex, Texas Hip Hop artist
Riff Raff, New Jersey rapper Miss Nana and various artist signed to
Universal Records. He is best known for co-production on the #1 hit
single “Chucha Su Madre†performed by Panamanian reggaeton star DJ
Black which reached #1 on the music and video charts in Panama for
several months and charted across Latin America as well. The song was
released in the United States in 2010 on his record label Moreno Music
Group Inc. and was labeled by Complex Magazine as the number 3 "Mamma
Diss record†of all time. Chucha Su Madre was eventually banned from
Panamanian radio stations due to its lyrics about the Panamanian
government which only added to the songs popularity.
