(1990).Nikolay Trofimov was born into a working-class family. Stage
career began in 1934.During the Great Patriotic War he served in the
navy.On the stage Tovstonogov Bolshoi Drama Theater played more than
40 roles. In the cinema, Nikolai Trofimov played mostly small roles.
