Josephine May Kendall (born 17 February 1938) is a British actress of
radio, theatre, television and film, voice artist and writer.Josephine
May Kendall was born on 17 February 1938 to Walter G. Kendall and
Doreen (née Ashton) in Spalding, Lincolnshire.Kendall played
Desdemona in a production of Othello at the ADC Theatre, Cambridge in
1962.In August 1963 she appeared in the West End in London, New
Zealand and Broadway, in the Cambridge University revue Cambridge
Circus directed by Humphrey Barclay, alongside Graham Chapman, John
Cleese, Bill Oddie, Tim Brooke-Taylor, David Hatch and Chris
Stuart-Clark.
