Bala Ganapathi William is a Malaysian of Indian origin who is an
Artist in Malaysian Tamil Cinema and in Malaysian Indian Cinema. He is
known by his brand BGW. He is the creator of BGW Studios, Film, TV &
Music Production Company based in Malaysia.Bala Ganapathi was born to
a Malaysian Indian family in Sungai Petani, Kedah. He finished his
primary education at SJK (T) Saraswathy, a Tamil school in Sungai
Petani, Kedah. He completed his secondary education at SMK Bandar
Sungai Petani in 2007. In 2008 BGW repsented Malaysia in a full
scholarship International student exchange program by AFS
Intercultural Programs together with 40 countries around the world.
BGW studied at Tsurumine High School, Kanagawa, Japan from 2008 to
2009. Once back from Japan, Bala got scholarship to enrol Foundation
in Engineering at AIMST University, Bedong, Kedah.BGW's first feature
film as a solo hero is Neeyum Naanum. BGW directed the film under BGW
Studios in association with HK Network.
