One of the most fun parts of the Halloween celebrations happen to be picking out the Pumpkin and other types of Gourds that you want and taking that lovely pumpkin home to carve it into your Jack 'o Lantern. This is another one of the customs and traditions of Halloween that many people have no idea whatsoever where it came from. Well, there again you need to go back in time a while to the Celtic and Pagan celebration Samhain. As has been stated before, it is from Samhain that Halloween comes.
